Recently we just acquired a new superfood; the Moringa powder. It is a great energy booster and has many different health benefits. And there are also many ways to use it.


In Salads: You can sprinkle it on top of a tomato mozzarella salad or just plain lettuce as well. You won’t feel the difference in taste, but your body will.


In cooked meals: As long as you don’t cook it, as it diminishes its nutrients, you can sprinkle it on top of any dishes. It’s always super good on any curry dish.


In Juices: Make your smoothies like you usually do and add a spoonful of Moringa powder to add that extra kick to your daily beverage. Our favourite recipe of the moment is:







1 banana

1 handful of spinach leaves

1 apple or 2 (if you prefer your smoothie lighter)

1 tbsp of moringa powder

1tsp chia seeds



Mix all the ingredients together except the chia seeds. Pour everything in a glass, top it with chia seeds and voilà! Enjoy a super green smoothie.
