Recipe from The Seasonal Diet – Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2-4 leaves of kale or chard
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 date
- ½ – ¾ cups coconut water
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- ½ tsp. moringa leaf
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large cup, and sip with a smile!

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon Moringa Powder
- Salt and cayenne pepper
Directions
- Smash the avocado with a fork and mix all the ingredients! Done!
