Tastespace‘s açaï energy bars
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 3/4 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup dried apricots (or mango)
- 2 teaspoons raisins
- 3 teaspoons açaï powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla exctract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor (with its S blade) and blend until dough has formed. If too crumbly, just add some water until it comes out well.
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and place dough in the middle. Mold dough into a cylinder and wrap tightly with the plastic wrap. Allow to refrigerate at least an hour, before cutting into smaller pieces!
