Wheatgrass shot
Ingredients

- 1 – 2 tsp of wheatgrass powder
- warm water to taste
Preparation

- Mix the wheatgrass powder vigorously with the water
- Drink preferably on an empty stomach, 30min before breakfast for an effective full body cleanse
- To benefit from the energising properties of wheatgrass, drink during or after the meal
The Supergreens Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 handful spinach
- 300ml water
- 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
Instructions
- Beforehand, cut the bananas and freeze them.
- Blend it all, and cheers!
