Ingredients

    • 1 – 2 tsp of wheatgrass powder
    • warm water to taste

Preparation

    1. Mix the wheatgrass powder vigorously with the water
    2. Drink preferably on an empty stomach, 30min before breakfast for an effective full body cleanse
    3. To benefit from the energising properties of wheatgrass, drink during or after the meal

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 handful spinach
  • 300ml water
  • 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder

Instructions

  • Beforehand, cut the bananas and freeze them.
  • Blend it all, and cheers!
