Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of fresh (or frozen) spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of WHEY plain or vanilla (whey protein powder)

Preparation: peel the banana, blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute.
