184 Kcal per truffle (recipe for 20 truffles)
Ingredients:
- 100g Brazilian nuts
- 100g almonds
- 200g sunflower seeds, grounded
- 150 g raw cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of agave nectar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch espelette pepper
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 220g dates
Preparation :
- Blend nuts, almonds and sunflower seeds together.
- Blend the dates to turn it into a smooth dough.
- Mix everything together in a big bowl.
- Form tiny doughs /balls (1tbsp) and roll them in cocoa powder or coconut powder to make the truffles.
- Put them in muffin liners and voilà !
