Spirulina is a cyanobacterium containing many proteins, iron, beta-carotene than any other known food! It also contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

What does cold pressed juice mean?

Cold pressing is a method of extracting juice that involves pressing the fruits and vegetables using a hydraulic press mechanism instead of grinding them. Unlike other common juice extraction methods, the produce does not oxidate during cold pressing and therefore retains all the vital nutrients, minerals and enzymes. This extraction method is the best of the best! In fact, research shows that cold press juicers like the one we use retain more nutrients than its centrifugal counterparts. This is the closest you can get to pure, raw fruit and vegetables, and it allows you to consume a large amount of nutrients that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to eat.

In short, what are the benefits of cold-pressing?

What is HPP , the preservation method we then use?

To ensure a longer shelf life, we use the cold pasteurization method, known as HPP (High-Pressure Processing). It maintains the goodness of the fruit and vegetables in our juices and means that they are safe to drink as well as completely natural. During this process, our bottles experience a pressure that is seven times deeper than the deepest known part of the ocean. Pathogens can’t survive in such high-pressure environments and become deactivated but all essential nutrients remain. Unlike conventional preservation methods such as pasteurization, the juice isn’t compromised by heat of any kind ensuring that it stays All Good Not Bad.
