Baobab powder is very versatile and can be sprinkled over many meals, desserts, smoothies and soups. It is very easy to incorporate in every day recipes because it doesn’t have a strong taste, except for a faint acidic one. We still came up with two sweet and easy recipes you can try today.
Baobab FROYO – serves 1
Ingredients
180g of your favorite yogurt (coconut, dairy, soy)
50g frozen berries
1 tbsp organic baobab powder
1 tsp agave sirup or honey
Préparation
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy really quickly !
Baobab banana smoothie
Ingredients
10 ice cubes
250ml almond milk (unsweetened)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp organic baobab powder
1 banana
1 tbsp organic raw cacao nibs
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Sprinkle with granola or red berries if you are in a decorative mood !
