Voici notre interview avec Miriam du blog Currently Wearing. On vous laisse le découvrir (en anglais) !

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My name is Miriam, I am a mom, wife and a lifestyle blogger. I work for an international organisation in Geneva and blog in my free time about fashion, beauty, motherhood and food. I am originally from the Czech Republic and have been living in Switzerland for 9 years now. I love living here and plan to stay.

What will we always find in your fridge/pantry?

As I live with my husband who eats “normally”, you will find mix of healthy and regular foods. But as far as it concerns my essentials, it is bio spinach leaves (now in our freezer), coconut milk, lemon, tomatoes. Salad in summer and various vegetables that we can use for soup in winter.

What will we never find in your fridge/pantry?

Well, as I said above, you can find everything because I don’t want to impose my eating habits and lifestyle on my husband.

What is your workout routine like? How often do you workout and what exercises are your favourites?

I used to do Ashtanga yoga a lot before I got pregnant. During my pregnancy, I did a lot of exercise for pregnant women while now I walk a lot. And I walk fast. Especially on my day off – with my daughter in her stroller. It is easy when you live in the countryside, close to lake Geneva. My daughter is 10 kg now so picking her up and carrying her around the house is an exercise in itself. J

Favourite workout song?

When I walk I like to listen to dance music. It pumps me up to work fast.

Favourite Fit ‘n’ Tasty juice?

Pink Panther Almond Milk.

Favourite healthy foods? Can you share a recipe with us?

I drink a homemade green smoothie every morning. Here is my favourite recipe:

Let 2 dried plums (stone-free) and a handful of almonds soaked in water overnight. Drain in the morning and put in blender. Add:

  • 3 handfuls of fresh bio spinach leaves
  • ¼ of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries (now in winter/ fresh when they are in season)
  • ½ squeezed lemon
  • 100 ml of Pink Panther almond milk from Fit ‘n’ Tasty.
  • Water as needed.

Put all in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
