Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I grew up in Bern, but spent some of my years in London, Zürich, Zermatt and traveling around the world. Now I am back in beautiful Bern and have been living here with my husband and three cute cats since 9 years. I am a nutritionist with focus on TCM and do consultations and run courses/workshops for people who want to learn more about this lifestyle.

What is your workout routine like? How often do you workout and what exercises are your favorites?

I love yoga and try to incorporate it into my daily routine. Due to my busy schedule it doesn’t always work out, but I try my best! I also use my bike a lot to ride through the city and love going for walks with or without my dog. During the summer I frequently go for a little swim in the Aare or incorporate swim workouts into my daily routine.

Favorite workout song?

In your hands / Charlie Winston, New Shoes / Paolo Nutini, Follow the Sun / Xavier Rudd, Empire State of Mind / Alicia Keys and many more!

Favorite Fit ‘n’ Tasty juice?

Deep Clean and Beet the Stress, those are both delicious!

Favourite healthy foods? Can you share a recipe with us?

My favourite dish is a japanese noodle soup with ramen, soba, fresh veggies, mushrooms and shrimps.

I don’t have a specific recipe for it as I like to mix it up and use different types of vegetables. It’s best if you make the soup base yourself, either qi soup (veggie or chicken) or miso. Add the rice noodles. Then I love to add in fresh spring onions, ginger, chilli, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, mung bean sprouts, shiitake, shrimps and loooots of coriander – i’m obsessed with coriander!
