Spiced cocoa and almond energy bites / Zouzous

184 Kcal per truffle (recipe for 20 truffles)   Ingredients: 100g Brazilian nuts 100g almonds 200g sunflower seeds, grounded 150 g raw cocoa powder 2 tbsp of agave nectar 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1 pinch espelette pepper 2 tbsp cinnamon powder 220g dates Preparation : Blend nuts, almonds and sunflower seeds together. Blend the dates to turn it into a smooth dough. Mix everything together in a big bowl. Form tiny doughs /balls (1tbsp) and roll them in cocoa powder or coconut powder to make the truffles. Put them in muffin liners and voilà !  

Ben & Jerry’s launch dairy free, vegan ice cream
