In the recent years, burrata has managed to win the heart of people and become their new holy grail! It dethroned mozzarella who used to be THE queen of summer dishes. Here is a delicious recipe to prepare when you’re in the mood for something light but tasty.



– 1 to 2 flat peaches

– 1 ball of burrata

– A few basil leaves

– Organic virgin olive oil

– Salt

– Pepper

– A little balsamic



Wash the peaches and cut them into thin strips. Cut the burrata in three and then again in two. Drizzle with olive oil and a little balsamic. Add some salt, pepper and basil leaves.
