Banana-Maca Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g of cut up bananas
  • 250ml of milk or plant-based milk (almond, rice)
  • 2 tbsp of Maca powder
  • 1 tsp of agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Iced Maca Mocha Frappe from FFF

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooled brewed coffee
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 large pitted date or 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  • Blend until smooth. Pour over ice cubes – using coffee ones is recommended!
